Newserver?

Anyone recommend me a decent newserver (text & binary)?

apart from you isp newsgroup, there are little or none free decent binary newsgroup out there.

for pay newsgroup i suggest giganews or newshosting.

I'm with NewsHosting.com and they're great. One of the cheapest and best.

Hi, r u on the unlimited account with 8 connections? if so what d-load speed do you get?

Unlimited accounts only allow 4 connections as far as I know. But I'm on a 2Mb line and it's always maxxed out.

OK, strange, just had a look at http://www.newshosting.com/services/personal.php and it seems to show 8 connections for the unlimited account. No matter though, if you have 4 connections and max your 2meg line out that’s good enough for me. Thanks for the info

Oh, I always thought it was 4 connections. No matter, they're still pretty damned good, definately worth getting an account.
