Didn't know where to put this, so sorry if wrong part 
Im with Newshosting (been with them years), and on checking my emails, i have just received a one from them stating that my latest transaction has failed, and to update my payment method (first one ive ever had), but on checking my account, it shows that i have paid, as i have an invoice dated 12/02/2021 to 12/03/2021, and the amount i have paid, and the amount that i have now due, which is nothing.
I have also checked my payment method, and its all fine.
Anyone on them had something like this ?
I have also tried to send a support ticket, but don't think it works, as once i fill it in, click the im not a robot bit, and click the create ticket, i just get a quick flash, and thats it.
Could it be a Brexit problem
