Hi all, currently I have a 1997 Honda Hornet 250 (CB250FT) and its starting to make clicking noises after it hit the deck in high winds, long story short it'd be cheaper to buy a new bike than import the needed parts.

I spotted an 04 Triumph Daytona 600, with only 895 miles on it for £3995. Anyone got any experience of these bikes and is 4K a bit much for it, considering its only 6000 for a brand new 07 model?

Cheers!

Dont take my word for it but the new Daytona 600 didnt get a very good review in one of the bike mags, lookes better than it is i think, (and it does look nice :D ) but as its a new bike will be easy to get a test ride at your local triumph place.

The daytona 600, while not having the best FI fitted to a bike is supposedly one of the best handling 600's.
Lots of reviews have rated the handling as being just about perfect.

The new 675 is a different fish of kettles.
