I'm not at all surprised, this is Activisions main cash cow and they'll milk it for all it's worth. I remember the uproar from PC gamers when they said they wouldn't include dedicated servers, nearly 200,000 people signed the petition, it was featured in gaming magazines and videos all over the place yet when the game came out lo and behold every person who 'boycotted' it was now playing it.

No offense, but I think it's a totally different matter.
Not to mention, PC Gamers are the minority. 200,000 is a needle in a haystack compared to the number of copies of the game sold. It might have been annoying for PC Gamers, but it was hardly a deal breaker, you can still play the game. An unjustified subscription to play the game is a different kettle of fish all together and would be right to be boycotted from all platform players.

I just hope if they do, they offer a "1 month free" sort of thing, seeing as how most games I only play for the single player.
