I wonder if the people advising to stay out of it would want to be informed if their wife or partner was cheating. Or maybe they're all just very liberal and don't consider cheating to be an important issue in life? Bizarre.
 
I would keep an eye on it for a few more days, try to gauge the situation more, and then tell the guy if it seems like it is a proper affair. You cannot just let someone go on through something like that.

Well, many moons ago ( the 80's ), i was engaged to somebody who cheated on me, with more than one person, not at the same time i hasten to add, now, if you'd have come up to me & said " your misses is cheating on you, & heres the proof ", i wouldve smacked your teeth down your throat & beat the living snot out of you, because i was young & stupid with a very firey temper.

So frankly, unless you know the person like the back of your hand, & can predict how they'll react with a reasonable degree of cerainty, your far better off keeping your nose out of other peoples business. Otherwise you run the very real risk of incurring there wrath as they transfer there feelings of betrayal & anger on to your unsuspecting ass!.

TLDR: Unless you can gaurantee how theyll react, they may well shoot the messenger...

Just leave it alone, the 'evidence' that they were walking down the pavement kissing and cuddling means bugger all anyway, unless they were proper going for it. I'd wager most guys have given a close female friend a cuddle and kiss on the cheek on the way home after a few drinks.

Even if they are up to something it is none of your business and could lead to trouble if you 'grass' e.g. either:

-Woman hates you for dobbing her in and causes drama for your family
-Husband in denial and calls you a liar
-Other bloke hates you for dobbing her in and causes drama for your family
-It wasn't a proper affair just a temporary dalliance and you are now a home-wrecker who has ruined life for their kids (no I'm not suggesting the woman should be absolved of blame)
-You got it wrong and everyone hates you for being an interfering busybody who's gone off half-cocked, so to speak

I'd only contemplate saying something if:
1) I was sure there was something going on
2) The husband was a genuine friend rather than just a standard neighbour/acquaintance
