Hey all

just a question about the new cpu's (both sandybridge and bulldozer). When they come out, do the new socket mobos come out at the same time or does it depend on the company making the mobos?

Also does anyone know the price for the new cpu's or where i can find this out at all?

Another question in regards to the HD 6000's series, are there any benchmarks or estimated prices at all?

For the new CPU'S there as far as I am aware there are no actual dates or prices, motherboard manufacturers / retailers will show there range at a similar time.

6000 Not yet, I think they are due to launch next week according to the jungle drums.

Sandy Bridge is a mainstream budget solutions, for example SLI will be 8 lanes apiece. Now 8 lanes for PCI express at present is no real limitation but with each succession of GPU, this will become a bottleneck. SO I would suggest, if you want to wait for the end of 2011

Thats when the next high end Intel solution is coming.

Bulldozer from AMD, bit of an unknown quantity at present As other posts, 6000 series coming soon, from recollection November due to a slight delay.
