Even though this is a repost thread I thought I would post this in here rather than bringing back an old thread..

There is a research group in my uni (Lancaster) who are developing a 'real' next gen PacMan game, in which the Ghosts / PacMan are played by real people running around, using mobile phones with maps on and using RFID to detect proximity etc. URL is http://www.pac-lan.com/ <<<

I am taking part in some of the upcoming trials, so it should be good fun

sounds like soemthing they were doing at a japanese uni i think a few years ago, for some shooting game i think it was
