Their seems to be a lot of Brainy kids coming from poor council estates, i had a few mates who came from council flats and they were pretty brainy, but then their was an awfull lot of Chavs who came from the same area and vandalised a lot.
its all the local Councils fault imo, for not improving Areas to make them more impressionable towords kids, i think if kids at a young age see graffitti, torched cars, broken windows and kids with hoodys on smoking they will think its ok.
