as you see from my sig low overclock@3,0 where do i go from here?any sugestions plz.

What voltages have you got your RAM and CPU set to? What are your load and idle temps @ 3Ghz (use Intels TAT to monitor). What CPU cooler are you using?

2.1v on ram 4-4-4-12 ,cpu 7.5x400 temps 48 44.artic pro 7 cooler

No cpu Vcore mentioned there, but, I would just put the FSB higher up a little then test it by Orthos for a few hours. If it fails then I would just up the Vcore a little then try again. Also look what speed your ram is at then I would maybe loosen timings to 5-5-5-12 or something similar.
