Well I bought pretty much this spec a few days ago for work and then just upgraded my own PC to the same core spec, binning my CPU, MOBO and RAM and just going Intel

The PC's used for a lot of VMWare stuff, but I definately want to be able to play Crysis on it

PC's used for photoshop, music, games, software development

Since you don't give a budget then I'd consider an 8800GTS next, maybe one of the 320mb versions as they are slated for release at somewhere around £200 I believe but they aren't out yet. If the Hiper isn't rock solid I'd maybe also get another PSU but if it is fine then just leave well alone. :)

there's a mobo with PCI-X slot. its the Asus P5WDG2-WS Pro. I think it has 2 PCI-X slots.

If you dont want to spend on the mobo which should be abt £200 or more, you might want to get PCIe SAS cards.
