What would my next upgrade be?
I'm thinking RAM or GFX, but do people really need 8GB ram? I'm only playing BF4 really.

CPU: i5 3750k @ 4.0GHz
Mobo: Gigabyte Sniper M3
RAM: 4gb Corsair XMS3 16000mhz
GPU: 560Ti MSI Twin Frozr II
SSD: Corsair M4

I think you need more of an OC on your chip (to start with).. Have you got a good aftermarket cooler?

I agree that the you could do with a GPU upgrade..

What budget do you have?

I'm currently using a H50. I could OC it more easily.

Not sure, I'm just wondering what everyone's opinion is that I should upgrade, is there currently any need to upgrade ram from 4Gb to 8Gb?

Or would the GPU be a lot more beneficial? If so what Medium-Highend card would you suggest? Say budget around £200?

8GB RAM is the sweet spot right now. Games might not use anywhere near all 8GB but it leaves plenty of headroom and enough for background Windows processes. Presumably you're on a 64-bit OS?

7950 is probably the best buy in your budget. Oh and overclock your CPU a tad more.

Yeah 64Bit.

Noticeable increase with a 7950? whats the nVidia equivalent?

Keeping my options open ;)

Nothing touches the 7950 in terms of raw power for its price. I would argue the 770 (virtally same as 680) is pretty close but its a fair bit more expensive. 2nd hand is a gold mine right now. Some very cheap 7950's and 670's. I went from a GTX470 which is fairly comparable to your 560Ti and went to 680 and it was nigh on twice as fast. The 3GB VRAM on the 7950 is also a good selling point but if gaming at 1080p you should be OK with 2GB for a couple of years yet.

Good choice on the GPU. I don't think you need more than 4gb on RAM but an extra two sticks wont cost you a bomb if you ever feel like your current amount isn't enough.

Yeah good choice. Just sold my brother in laws 7950 for £135 delivered and I must say that is a hell of a lot of performance for not a lot of notes!
