Next wow patch?

Hi guys,
Do you have any idea when is the new patch goes live? Reason why I am asking is because I understand you will be able to create a DK on every realm that you want, even if you don't have a level 55 char on that specific realm. (Still requires a level 55 char on account though).

Also, for example: if i have a level 55+ horde char on server X, will i be able to create an alliance DK on server Y? or it has to be on same side, even if it's a different server?

On different servers, it doesn't matter.

If you are on a PvP server, you may only play as 1 side (I think).

PvE servers, you are free to create both horde and ally characters and play them as you wish.

Yes, probably.
I currently have a 70 human warrior on a PvE server, and it'll let me create a Troll DK on the same server. So I don't see why it would stop you on a different server.
