so my nexus5 will be going in to repair a cracked screen and some other signal issues i've been having. if they flash the phone back to factory settings i'll lose the apps i have which i know is easy enough to get back, however i'd really not want to lose the apps i've logged into as i no longer have the password and can't easily get them, for instance netflix it's not my account but my parents and getting them to remember the password will take an age and a half, so it'd be easier if there was a way i can keep this.

any way i can do that? ideally it'd be great if i can make a full back up of the device and passwords, settings, everything as is is remember so i can just click a few buttons and have everything as it was before. any way to do that?

so it turns out i might need root to use apps that will then give me the ability to back up protected app data. trouble is root removes all the data afaik. so i need to back up first. will backing up my phone, rooting, and then restoring that backup file bring it all back as was with login details?
