nf615 micro am2 se - overclocking help!

i have the above board that has a lot of oc features but it been a while since i tryed any of this so looking for some help/advice to get maximum ouput.

spec:
amd semphron 3200+ manila
2 x 1gb transcend 800mhz ddr2 ram
nvidia geforce 9300 ge 256mb
250gb samsung sata hdd
windows 7 ultimate 32bit
