Currently running an Abit NF7-s V1.2 motherboard with an Athlon XP3000 Barton at stock speeds. Current memory is 2x 512Mb Corsair PC3200 CMX512-3200C2.

Was looking at a memory upgrade to go from my 1Gb to 2Gb of RAM.

I was looking at the OCZ PC3200 Platinum but noticed that OCUK has a clearance price on some Corsair PC3200 XMA3200C2PT.

Would either types be OK with my setup ??? Which memory is the best ???

The OCZ has slightly lower latency timings (2-3-2-5 Vs 2-3-3-6) from what I can see.

Any help would be great.

Cheers
Paul

Whichever's the cheapest. You'll not notice the difference between the timings tbh.

Although the PC3200 will work on that mobo, you have have to stick to 333Mhz (or thereabouts) because the 1.x revisions won't work at the full 400Mhz. Nvidia had to release a version 2 so that it could run at that speed. Just so that you know.
