From way back when i had an NF7-S mobo i remember that most people didn't install the ide driver due to issues, mainly with optical writers. I think they were fixed eventually.
My question is whats the score with the drivers for Nforce3/4 as I have the Epox SLI mobo, at the minute i don't install them, but it there any reason why i should keep doing this, will there be a performance increase from installing them, however minor it may be ?
Have searched forums but don't see anything although i do remember this being a topic before.
