NFS Shift (poo)

That might be something to do with it, you used a 360 pad which I dont have. I tried the game on my pad from logitech and it was terrible. I am not saying the game is bad, I have never been able to play it properly to find out and that is the problem. I have played a lot of racing games on PC, PS1, PS2 and 360 and this is the only one I havent been able to play due to the controls and feedback from the game.
 
Personally, I found shift more fun than forza in some ways. With the blur and head shake toned down a bit, it left a fair bit more immersive. Forza 3 has that issue of...you dont feel the speed. 100mph may as well be 20 as far as the in car view actually looks, whereas shift really does give you the speed feeling.

i agree about the speed thing but after being a big forza fan i just couldn't face the crap handling
 
I agree that Most Wanted was a very good game. Underground 2 was my favourite, Carbon was a reskin of Most Wanted but wasnt as good. Shift, as already stated by me, I am yet to play properly and probably wont unless they address the handling.
