NGO drivers

I heard a lot of good things about these drivers on non hardware forums, are these really good? anyone tried these?

Omega drivers have been around for as long as I can remember, I used to use them for my X800XT, literally about to try the 169.21's now for my 8800GT but the general consensus is that they're performing nicely.
