NHS app GP records disappeared

Just checked my NHS app and nothing is listed under GP health record. No events, no test results.

Wondering if the app is down or something on my GP practice side

The system was changed on 1st Nov so everybody could check their records but some GP practices need you to ask them to turn it on again for you

We don't have the NHS app-le wood here in Wales.
