NHS-NoReply - How To Block??

I would normally agree but during a pandemic gp surgeries are overloaded enough with all sorts. Yeah they should be dealing with it properly but essentially it's just not a big deal.

If he writes a letter and gets a similar response then it's an issue IMO.
When emergencies, pandemics and the like happens it’s exactly the time when processes put in place should be followed. Any scenario I can think of doesn’t fill me with confidence. Everyone is different and people value personal data differently to others.

Processes change on strained services when further strain is placed upon them.

Not a data process but processes involving dealing with as many patients as quickly as possible to ensure that the service isn't overrun.

What's the average wait time at your GP to speak with a doctor or even get through to a receptionist?

Now let's say you require medical care would you rather they be dealing with SMS requests or patients?

Nobody is perfect. The bigger picture to me is that it's not a huge deal. Obviously the perfect solution would be to have more doctors, more receptionists, etc. But they only get the same amount of money so it's less in the pot for them to work with.

I think anyone taking this seriously really needs to consider the bigger picture currently. Like I said above if he gets the same response to a written letter then it's a real issue.

Your entitled to your opinion and that's fine. In a perfect world yes what you are saying is correct. The problem is we aren't in a perfect world.
