from what i understand nibitor doesnt work with win 7 or vista, but it will it work from a virtual xp?

i want to overclock my gtx 260 (using evga precision & furmark to test) once im happy id really like the idea of flashing the bios with the new settings using nibitor to create the file and nvflash todo the actual flash.
