Aren't they pronounced "Nice" (neece) as in the French city?

I always thought Nice biscuits were named after Nice in France

Fox's Classics are great if they count as biscuits, otherwise malted milk or digestives

That's always made even less sense to me. Surely those pretentious Frenchies would make a slightly more exciting biscuit than that.

Personally I've always thought that when they were originally being marketed, someone tried a few and said with a huge degree of sarcasm. 'Oh they're nice' and rolled their eyes for good measure! Of course the marketing man missing the  thought that would be a really clever name for them, and the rest is history... :D

And I've always found that the best biccies are the ones found in selection tins at christmas. You know the ones... Covered in vast amounts of chocolate of white, milk and dark varieties, huge cookie type things and various other hedonistic dunking morsels. Makes the rest of the year chomping a pack of Bourbons seem a total let down.

The best biscuits are the ones in the centre of Munchies and it's just so much better that you have to get through them via a load of chocolate and caramel :)

Don't eat stuff like that anymore but used to have a soft spot for the NICE biscuits :)

Also hob-nobs.... the SAS of dunking biscuits! much better than the weedy Rich Tea ;)

most commonly plain digestives but if theres some in the house i'll have hobnobs, fox's cruncy creams, chocolate digestives, custard creams
i'm not fussed, nothing beats a good digestive for me though

nice biscuits just become soggy

Cheddars, THE most addictive biscuit in the world. Not for dunking obviously.

Otherwise Maryland Cookies (Choc chip or Choc/Hazlenut) or Bourbons.
