I'm wide awake and I don't want to be. I'm totally wired. I have an exam tomorrow and I need to be up around 9. Suppose asking you lot for sleeping tips is a bad idea lol.

Up around NINE? You have stacks and stacks of sleeping time left. Stop being a massive Wendy and relax. Then you'll be able to sleep.

Lol you're probably right. I usually get up before 7 and hit bed by 12.30. Guess I'm not far over my usual hours

Going by that you still have another 45 minutes of being awake before you'll be getting less sleep than normal

I really wouldn't go preaching the rules to a well seasoned night owl like myself. You are clearly an amateur to this sport and although I appreciate your enthusiasm I will not tolerate having my judgement on the matter being brought in to question.

Ghost investigator... hello, 6am drive backs!. I've even not slept for 3days because I was scared to, that was beyond the realm of no sleep!. Plus my job years ago was night's at a food factory(never again)

Pah. That's nothing compared to running the night shift on here - have I ever mentioned I used to be a mod?! lol it's funny because I can see how tragic I am being and still go ahead with the point!
