I was at the gym last night, got back around 9pm, drank my whey protien and went to bed, woke up at 2am, now in the wide awake club, as my family sleep.
although i do like the peace and quiet, at this time in the morning

Yeh same, party animals love 11-2am... 3am onwards is the silent time thus I remember driving in my sports car with not a car on the road during such early hours

Delayed sleep phase syndrome!
I had a night shift but I got fired on my birthday earlier this week. Mismanagement to blame and I'm pursuing wrongful dismissal. But hey ho.
Anyway I never really liked being out in the sun; I'm allergic to everything, sensitive to the heat, I burn easily... Night time is much more romantic.
