guys/gals am looking for some free/open source app that i can use to control my Nikon D80 i used the trial (nikon camera control) on my old netbook and was hoping to find a free program that could let me do some timelapse on my new MBP any one seen anything


Scratch that just did some deep googling and come across http://www.sofortbildapp.com/ just tried it on my imac and seems to work ok, will pop it on my MBP and give it a wizz

I've used Sofortbild before and it it pretty good. If you need something a little more flexible and have an iPhone then you could look at the lite version of OnOne's DSLR Camera Remote (http://www.ononesoftware.com/detail.php?prodLine_id=38) which will allow you to control your camera from the iPhone, which is particularly funky.
