If anyone can trade me leather, I'll trade 300 for oil please :).
 
Don't think so, but you usually get it maxed pretty soon before you get a chance to upgrade the palace again.
 
No they started implementing it with the last patch. You can build armies and attack/capture monuments now.
 
My first attack - it seems an even spread of troops would help. I didn't have any chariots and just thought i'd see how it goes..... got my ass handed to me.

Need chariots to attack ? I only make spearman at the moment :(

by the way if anyone can trade leather, I have henna and sometimes emeralds!
 
how do I trade? I've got loads of ships (well 4), need everything :p not leather tho!
also, should I build a sandals shop? as I've leather and reeds?

Point of the monument plot is to mine the limestone. After you mine 6000 limestone you can build a pyramid. This gives your troops a defence bonus.

I captured a plot a few days ago, reinforced it with 150 troops, yesterday someone came and wiped me out with 250 troops.

Anyway, I quit the game and deleted my account (yes lame I know). Was getting bored and with the monotony of it, wiping out of my troops just helped make my mind up. It's not as good as Ikariam IMO, it definitely needs some balancing of the economy I think and feeding a decent sized army as well as trying to grow is flippin stupid. Anyway, time to look for a new browser game :)
