So, what are everyones opinions on the new Nine Inch Nails album? It's pretty damn sweet from what I've listened to! The Fragile is still my favourite though...

I've not listened to it - the Last one I've enjoyed was With Teeth - I didn't really 'get' Ghosts etc. What flavor of NIN is it?

It's actually quite similar to With Teeth IMO. Ghosts was all experimental stuff, did you listen to Year Zero and The Slip?

I've barely listened to it, it just hasn't grabbed my attention at all. It's too minimal for my liking.

The Fragile on the other hand, I could listen to for days on end.

It's my favourite album of all time. I can't just listen to one song off it. It has to be all or nothing

Not at all. I prefer The Fragile over Pretty Hate Machine and even The Downward Spiral

Nah - whilst I'm a pretty big fan I tend to dip in and out - I have Broken, Fixed, Downward Spiral, Pretty Hate and With Teeth but never really got much further than that. Sounds like I need to give this one some time...

I have the DVD of that one. And All That Could Have Been is pretty awesome too. It was filmed/recorded on the Fragility tour in 2000.

Good to hear what old Trent has become, it's a turning point I think. Everything is about as close to the old ways as it gets. Hard to place, easy to listen to, it's rather fricking good.
