well im going to this concert at MEN tomorrow, will be first time seeing NIN so what are they like live, anyone know the set list, anyone else going?

NiN will blow you away! I'm not sure on their current setlist, I normally check with bands when they tour what songs they are doing on that tour. I'm going to the London gig.

NIN are a bit epic live - absolutely love them! I looked to getting tickets, but just got made redundant so was a bit too much of a luxury! You'll have a brilliant night!

Saw them live at Brixton Academy in 2007, absolutely amazing, the sound quality is out of this world and their lighting effects are brilliant.

Anyone know a way to get tickets for London O2 arena gig this weds fast? seems like if i order online i will not get before it now....and i guess they can't sell any there?

Watched NiN at T in the Park Sat night, really good show. I saw them in notts last year too, always a good live performance :)

Would've loved to be there. Soo annoyed I couldn't be.

Setlist varies slightly between concerts on this tour, you'll get a good mix but probably not all the hits (Closer has not featured at all on this tour). You might get some rarities like Last, Non-Entity, the like if you are luck.y.

Some scarcely played tracks there - Dead Souls, La Mer and Non Entity for three. I NIN at Brixton in 2005, and I'll be seeing them again tonight!!

A mate of mine has a spare ticket if anyone wants it... ;)

Last is the main one for me. My second favorite NIN track (behind We're In This Together). Both played very rarely up until Last's reappearence on this tour :(

I'll be happy with The Big Come Down, Burn and WITT. I'm kinda glad that Closer isn't being played on this tour tbh, it's overplayed crap that's achieved a special kind of popularity because of the coarse chorus! Some of the remixes are good though ;)

edit - I'm just watching some Mew on Vidzone... they look like they're nothing special, or at least not to my taste. Saul Williams was ace though;)

If you get WITT I'll be suprised! Not been played this tour at all. Last time was the special OSR gig in 2007.

Big Come Down has been on setlists this year although not frequently, and Burn is a fairly frequent play.

Hope it's a good setlist for you though. Should be better than the other two UK gigs so far as they were both crappy festivals with 1hr sets. Should get about 2hours of NIN at MEN/O2

Mew are meant to be very good live, experimental and very interesting

Well, it's got to be said, that was a pretty damn good gig. Mew were terrible as predicted, but that's what you get for naming yourself after a Pokemon.

Jane's were pretty good, though Perry Farrell seemed to struggle at singing into the mic, so you'd lose the voice track for seconds at a time.

NIN were on absolute fire. The track listing was definitely 'for the fans', with 90% pre-2005 songs, LOTS of songs from The Fragile and a healthy selection from elsewhere. Between each song was a snippet from Ghost I-IV, which was awesome :D
Here's the set list :

Somewhat Damaged
Terrible Lie
Heresy
March of the Pigs
Piggy
Metal
The Becoming
I'm Afraid Of Americans (David Bowie cover)
Burn
Gave Up
La Mer
The Fragile
Gone/Still
The Way Out Is Through
Wish
Survivalism
Suck
The Day The World Went Away
The Hand That Feeds
Head Like A Hole
Encore:
Hurt
