Pretty much narrowed down my new cooler to one of the above. Can't seem to find a conclusive review as to which is the best. Only thing I can find is that the infinity is a heavy piece of kit whereas the ninja is (comparitively) lighter.

Anyone got any comments or a suggestion for a better s939 cooler?

I can't give you a comparison, but I have just got the ninja and its ace!!
lowered my temps by no less than 10*c. that includes super-pi runs and the various 3d/pcmark appz!

its doing my head in now. Can't decide what to go for and the Tuniq Tower 120 has come into the equation.

Basicly, I want the best aircooling solution there is for around the £30 mark

I find Anandtech a pretty good resource for reasonably objective heatsink roundups.

Here's from the latest from July 2007, carried out using an X6800:

I would say the Tuniq beats the stock Scythes handsomely. You would have to spend another £15 on better fans to get the Scythes to the Tuniq level.

I was going to post those graphs dammit!

Yeah TT over every cooler as the ultra 120 extreme's dont have flat bases due to how they construct the heat sink the bottem gets bent when adding the heat pipes and it only beats the TT by 1 or 2 degrees at load for a lot more cash. Not worth it!
