The link on that page is missing, so I'd assume yes. Could well have just been written in a different timezone to the datestamp.

I've seen that news on two seperate sites.
Plus that link does go to a Nintendo page.
Hmmmm.....

Still..... its probably nothing, just like Nintendo Go
