There should be an FAQ on this console imo.

Anyway I know very little about it. So some questions

1. What does it come with?
2. What extra remotes etc. will I need to buy, what are the differences?
3. I want to buy 2 extra games, one of them I think will be boogie, recommendations for others?
4. Considering the above what can I be expected to pay for some sort of package deal.

1. the console, one nunchuck and one wiimote and wii sports
2. for two player you will need extra nunchuck (used to move characters around etc) and a wiimote (the motion sensor part)

In that case, I'd consider either getting Wario Ware or Rayman Raving Rabbids.... even Mario Party 8 is better than Boogie, from what I've heard.

Well i gto boogie for the kids and the little girl loves it singing away, i even had a blast on Greece ..
For a party game it's good i think though let down by only one MIC should have had 2 then you could have done duets

Rayman Raving Rabbids

that one gets my vote too & Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz.

And Wii Sports (which you get with the console) is heaps of fun as well.
