i would assume the normal RMA or contact the company direct. i wouldn't say its an RMA things, just a product wearing out really quickly.

Haha, ya know what, I might give it a go. It's really irritating. On Tuesday night I had a 6 hour piece of work to do so sat from 22:00 to 04:00, my elbows killed afterwards. So much so in fact, that I'm tempted to grab one of those fancy Noblechair alternatives from 'another retailer'. Not sure how long I can keep my elbows sore!

Yeah, although if they gave me a replacement pair I wouldn't lean my elbows with so much force, not that I should have to be careful after spending £150 or whatever on the thing.
