I have three hardrives and 2 dvd drives that all work ok so I have no idea why that quote would show up?

I get exactly the same message every time I boot - and my system works fine too!

That wasn't exactly much help was it :)

you have a disk controller / channel enabled with no drives attached, jsut ignore it (i assume its a bios message)

eg secondary IDE (or primary if all your drives are sata)

it'll be the IDE controller, some of the sata ports might run off that too

if you disable it in the bios, you'll get a quicker boot

I disable all ports I'm not using..

serial
parallel

(^as in the rear old ports..)
