No connection - STEAM

Has anyone got "No Connection" in Steam?
I'm trying to Install Killing Floor, but even after restarting my PC it keeps displaying the same error, I'm just wondering if it's a global issue or just me.

Yes, WTF is going on, few games in on a good drink and it drops off. happened to a friend too, must be a wide spread thing.
