no display after BIOS flash

Hi,

Wanted to update BIOS on Ultra-D, I used winflash top update BIOS, when I rbooted after BIOS there is no display? I removed CMOS battery, and switched RAM slots and still nothing?
Any help please?

It's ok fixed it, I did a complete CMOS clear and it worked!! Also, quick question would running at 2-2-2-5@240MHz fast for RAM?

is there any difference between cas 1.5 and cas 2?

My BIOS suppourts CAS1!! I ran it at CAS1 but in CPU-Z it reads it as 1.5
