No display from monitor after Windows 7 Re-install

I've just re installed Windows 7 on my OCUK PC I bought a few years ago and it worked fine, booted into windows until I turned it off. Then when I turned it back on I've had no display from the monitor. I've had it plugged with VGA, HDMI and tried plugging into the mobo ports as well as graphics card and nothing.

Can anyone help?
