No hardware risk, just monitor the temps of gpu / cpu while folding to see how hot things are ,but im sure it wont get to hot! i mean my cpu is at 59/60c with a cheap cooler overclocked to 4.2 which isnt exactly hot for an intel cpu.

download , open file and click run. it'll then ask to downloan a client list, click yes.
tracker will then open at the top you will see setup , open this then click configure, then tracker settings and in there you will see the name , team ,passkey settings.

also in setup > configure you will see a box that says enable cpu folding, make sure you tick this.
again you will also see to ther left of this a box that says enable gpu folding , tick this box and click autodetect gpus.
