No listings for ITV4 W.M.C

Every channel except for ITV 4 seems to be able to get a listing in Windows Media Centre for me. Once I watch the channel for a bit I get a listing for the next 2 programs but I can't use the series record button as a result.

There seems to be no other alternative ITV4 channels in the TV guide. Has anyone any suggestions/the same problem?
