No longer next day if you order before 4pm?

Just placed an order for a headset, and i am sure that whenever i used to order with ocuk before 4pm they would ship the same day.

This only had the option for delivery on friday though, i actually rushed the order through as i would be in tomorrow for delivery :|

Maybe, if i dont get a shipping email today will i still be able to cancel the order and just go out n buy some tomorrow? Not sure what the cutoffs are.

should be able to if you ring up. you have 14 days to return anything not happy with so can defiantly cancel. may still have a shadow payment hanging out of your bank though.

In fact ring them now or post on customer service to 5UB to see if they can get this out to you today. if there gonna lose out on your business because of it they may make the extra effort?

Happened to me on last 2 orders.
Ordered new SSD + OC Fuel energy drink. Monday around 1pm. Well got it today.
Cant complain cos of free p&p

And i love stuff from ocuk and extra sweets u get 2

Not that this helps you much but, I just ordered a new keyboard at 3:24PM. I received the order shipped email at 3:53PM.

Well best thing was. at around 16.00 Monday i called OCUK. And spoke over the phone to someone. And he said i quote "IT WILL BE SHIPPED TODAY SIR". Well it was not.
And well i wont have time to install system on ssd till Sunday more or less. Cos we have fresh reset in World of Warcraft and i got loads to do. Thats why i wanted ssd yesterday cos i had free 7 hours to get my system sorted

I have a week off work to test it out and enjoy it hopefully.. The missus treat me to a new keyboard as an early Xmas present (on my own credit card of course!)..
