So i bought a pre built PC off this site for the weekend.
Arrived on Friday i plug it in and start it up but the monitor isnt detecting anything. The monitor works fine.
I have ideas of what the problem could be but i dont want to mess about with it because of warrenty etc.
If there are any basic solutions i have completely overlooked please post them.
I really wanted the pc for this weekend as Iam having a LAN party atm. Such a let down
I also havnt been able to get in touch with OCUK all day on phone, so i drove down to the shop (which is a 2hour drive away) to get it sorted today. A total kick in the teeth for me when i found out they are moving this weekend.

Thanks
Phil

have you plugged the monitor in to the graphics card port right at the bottom?

might sound stupid but i didn't once and plugged it in the on board one, and couldnt figure out why ha

Only thing I can suggest check all cables and components are connecteted correctly, and place a post in the customer section below.

yeah posted in the customer service part but i get the feeling it will be a while before i get a reply with it being sunday and bank holiday. So gutted atm

My parents made me drive to their house once to fix their 'broken' PC and this was the case. Was quite funny.
