To be fair as the World Cup went on, the 5 second for throws turned closer to 10, and the goal kicks went way above 10 as well.

New rule this season (think it was also in for the world cup)

*Law 15 – The Throw-in

Use of a five-second visual countdown when a player/team is delaying the taking of a throw-in. If the time limit is exceeded, the throw-in is awarded to the opposing team

*Law 16 – The Goal Kick

Use of a five-second visual countdown when a player/team is delaying the taking of a goal kick. If the time limit is exceeded, a corner kick is awarded to the opposing team

Is the 1 min off the pitch for "injuries" a thing in the Prem this season ? Thought that worked well at the World Cup - hardly saw the physios coming on.
