Right, ive just rewired my pc. Just to tidy up all the cables etc.
Now ive turned my computer on and a message saying "disk boot failure, insert disk and press enter"
Anyone got a solution considering ive lost my windows disk..?

you probably have knocked a cable out, or broken the SATA data cable, or the thin SATA power cable,,

check them both by using the CD drive or another drive / cable

Check bios for boot priority

I **** a brix when I couldn't get any HDD to work in a client's gaming machine once.

After 30 mins of head scratching I plugged the modular cable for the HDDs back into the PSU
