Hi

For my media PC, I have black borders round the image. I have tried finding the settings in ATI CC, but I have nowhere the setting appears. I do not think it is picking up I have a display, this could be due to it being connected directly to an Amp.

Any suggestions how I can remove the black borders?

Thanks

That setting isn't there, which is maybe because it isn't plugged directly into a TV/Monitor.

I have tried 12.8, 12.10 and 12.11 betas. Fresh install each time.

I see you could be right about the amp taking the hdmi signal,
Can you test that by directly plugging hdmi into tv/monitor?

try plugging it into the tv first then apply the scaling, save it and put the hdmi back into your amp

Just tried, that option doesn't become available direct to TV. Tried fresh install.

May be because the OS is Windows Server 2012?

Edit] Managed to fix it. If anyone else has this issue, I needed to change the GPU Acceleration settings in the Registry from 4 to 0.

I use a 6870 to a Pioneer VSX527 (and my onkyo577....before it died) so the AMD Cards will detect and know about amps.
