No PM facility on the forums ?

I think this is part of my restricted access. When I try It says I dont have permissions to access this. I also can't see the graphics card section.

It's weird, my PM's stopped working last week, I reinstalled OcUK and everything's been fine since, also make sure you've got the latest version (2.33.4).
