Reminds me of a film where a guy welds a load of numberplates into a mat to hide under him while he's under the bottom of the van, which then avoids being spotted when they do an inspection. Can't remember what film it was now.

Daniel Khalife is currently under arrest on suspicion of escaping from lawful custody.

I'd like to see him claim, he just fancied popping out for a walk. It's certainly a bizarre way of reporting it considering the previous day he had escaped!
