No power?

Hey guys!

I received my parts today and went ahead and built it, once I put everything in and did all the wires, I plugged it in and tried booting it to see if it works. However it didn't, it's as if it's not receiving any power?

These are my current parts:

Definitely got both 24 pin and 4 (or 8?) pin leads plugged into the motherboard? Motherboard stand-offs in place, front panel wiring on correct etc? Oh, and PSU switched on at the back, can't count how many times I've pushed the power button on the case, sighed, reached to the back to switch the PSU on and tried again!
