No Screensaver?

Hey guys,

I've noticed another problem since rebuilding my comp; the screensaver doesn't work

Tried different Windows ones, timed and un-timed, with password and without, but its not having any of it?

My other noted problem was the one below?

I recently done a full rebuild of my main machine and I’ve got a strange problem with Internet Explorer 6

Basically, I can’t change the Home Page? I like to set it to the default address of my router – but no matter why I try, it always goes back to the default Windows one, MSN or whatever it is?

I’m using XP Pro and I’ve downloaded all the updates etc – so everything is up to date

Any ideas?

It's weird because I didn't have any problems or error messages when I installed and the only hardware change was the replacement of the hard drives?

Note: I deleted the .Net Framework login account? Would that be causing me problems?

I think I'm going to just reinstall Windows if I can't find any answers

Another 600GB format though
