Weekly outage day (to compress/backup BOINC database). It lasted a little longer than usual due to some confusion - unbeknownst to me a recent web code update was made that broke the "stop_web" mechanism which keeps the database quiescent during the outage. It's also taking a long time to recover. Not sure why but we'll see if the clog pushes through. I took advantage of the outage to move server anakin into the closet. We also upgraded the RAID card BIOS to see if that fixes our minor issues with ptolemy's current hardware RAID setup. Well, it's logical volume initialization is still way too slow, but maybe we'll live with that if all future resync's are fast.

Seti has been down since last night :(

I had half a days WU's on my home PC but its now sitting idle - my works PC still has about 1 days worth of work to do.

Going to be a low score crunching this week.
 
I've been getting dribs and drabs through the day so it's not completely down. I'm not too much down on credit by boinc manager's reckoning but then I suppose getting the work validated will be taking longer too.
I have about an hour of work left to crunch as of now with no fresh units coming my way.
The site is still partially down but server status shows work available :(
 
It is very dodgy, and if you do get any WU's they don't seem to want to download until the tenth retry! Which means in 4 hours my pc will be out of WU and i can't force it to get me some as i will be asleep :(
 
Hmm, I have around a weeks worth of wu's stashed on my machines avg. So I'll be ok :)

One machine has 13 days worth!
 
I had noticed output was down for all teams lately. Looking at b0rkeley's SETI@home homepage showed why, and the problem still hasn't been resolved :(

Still, I have around two days' worth of work on one PC and t'other has enough as well for now, so that'll keep me happy at least :)
 
I have all my clients with 10 days stashed away after the last big long outage :/

Still, seeing my daily output drop from 11k, then 10k, 9k and then 900!! is a bit of a shock. I was starting to think my averages were looking nice :)

I cant join any more clients to the project either :/
