A couple of weeks ago I went into my local games/console store, it's only a local shop but it's fairly big and they seem to do quite a lot of business, anyway, I shop their quite a lot and have spent at least a couple of grand in there, I asked the owner behind the counter if he will be stocking any Wii's, he said "yeh yeh mate no problem we'll be getting them in", I asked him should I have a problem getting one then, and he told me no and that if I wanted one kepted back for me then that would'nt be a problem,

so today I pop in there to ask if they are still definitly getting the Wii's in and I'm told that they had the release date batch sent through already and sold them all on ebay :mad: , surely they can't do this can they ?

Yes they can do what they want. In future take your business elsewhere.
 
Write to Nintendo and let them know, he should have some difficulty procuring stock in the future :)
 
Thats pretty bad to be honest lol.

i would inform nintendo, they might even send you a little reward :D
