Noble Epic arm height different

Hi all,

Noticed last night that the right arm on my noble epic is a little(about 1 cm) higher then the left . Anyone else's chair the same?

I have made sure both are at their full height.

Steve thank you for all your help and getting me sorted, New arms are both the same height!

I actually noticed the same thing on mine, but thought I was going mad... is it possible to fix it or is a replacement required?
